4. Payments & refunds

All subscription and registration fees are payable in advance. All payments are final and non-refundable: once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged, including for partial periods, unused sessions, or early cancellation. Where the law requires an exception, it will be handled as required by that law.

5. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Play Softbyn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
